Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, we are unable to offer cancellations as we begin processing and preparing your items for shipment. -
How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 1–2 business days. -
Non-Cancelable Items:
Once an order has been shipped or a custom order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible. Custom-designed items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part. -
Refund Process:
If your cancellation request is received within the allowable timeframe, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
